To use the example code here: https://github.com/practicalarduino/SHT ... Values.pde

Black -> GND
Red -> 5v
Yellow -> Pin 11
Green -> Pin 10

Thank you for your information.
What I should I do for the end of the cable? .
The pins of arduino is not big enough to plugin the cable.

For testing purposes, you could use something like these: https://www.adafruit.com/product/3255

For a more permanent solution, you could use something like a ScrewShield: https://www.adafruit.com/product/196

Or a proto shield and some terminal blocks:
