Hello, I've tried googling around but didn't find much help. Also checked the official support FAQs for the Leapmotion. I think it is a hardware issue.

I bought the leapmotion a few weeks ago, and it sorta worked then. It would intermittently stop tracking, a little more frequently than i've seen others using it. This week it stopped detecting hands all together. I've tried multiple USB ports, multiple restarts, and reinstalling the product. (I've tried both the legacy app, and Orion.) When running diagnostics, it fails Device Connectivity, USB Bandwidth, and Software.

I'm not sure what else to do, and I just bought it less than a month ago :(

If you got it within the last 30 days, it's still in our return/replace window.

The symptoms you described sound like an early hardware failure, and there's no easy debugging for USB issues.

Send a note containing a link to this page and your order number to support@adafruit.com and the folks there will get you a replacement.
