How to use 32u4 as a keyboard

Sorry I am a beginner.
Completed hidkeyboard upload as manual.
How do I type on the keyboard next time?

This is what i want to make

If you've programmed the Feather to identify itself as a USB keyboard, all you have to do is connect a USB cable between the computer and the Feather.

I assume the code you're using watches the signals from the physical keyboard so the Feather can convert the keypresses to USB HID packets.

Can qmk be used? Or should I write code using only Arduino? What I have now is that after the QMK is turned on, it is impossible to initialize after the USB recognition is broken
