Robotics Competitions

by BKByon on Fri Sep 10, 2010 7:39 pm

Dear Adafruit users,

I'm really interested in bringing my Club into success by entering competitions. I formed my club in Georgia, and my club is new. There are about 5 people who comes to meeting every time. Since they're new to this club. They're not sure how to program or build.

So what are good Robotics Competitions for beginners?

Please reply me back.

Thank You.

Sincerely,

Byon.

Try a style of battle bots between yourselves, nothing gives a better incentive to learnt than destroying a team mates bot ;) Or you could have a course to make their way through. It will help you find the strongest coder, best machine designer, best mechanics etc. Once you have those filled, you are on your way to robotics competitions.
