Howdy,
I'm trying to build the EZ Make Oven project, but the MCP9600 I2C Thermocouple Amplifier (https://www.adafruit.com/product/4101) is sold out at Adafruit and Digikey. Is there an alternate source or a component I can use as a substitute?

Just found out that component is in-stock at Mouser (https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Adafruit/4101)
