Hi
I need a product which i believe you off for sale that are plastic beads that when put in scalding water become a moldable substance that hardens. I am attempting to fabricate some buttons that are used in a digital keyboard on the panel to activate certain functions like different sounds (piano, organ etc.) the buttons go through cutouts in a metal panel and press against a rubber coated contact switch on the circuit board mounted below. Will your product stand up to use in a warm climate or is the final fabrication going to be too soft for this use? Do you think an moldable epoxy might be a better solution for me? (like Gorilla Epoxy Stick)

That material melts at 60C. If your project generates any heat of its own, the melting point might be reached when used in a warm environment.

Moldable epoxy would be more durable. My choice for parts of that nature would be 3D printing. There are many on-line printing services if you do not have access to a printer.
