Thanks. It's not exactly correct yet but I'll try again. Probably get a better pen for it.

When I did install something on there (remote desktop software) the low voltage warning came back on.

If I keep using it with that message still there, is that fine or will it do some damage at some point?

You will want to deal with the low voltage warning to prevent any long term damage.

Try turning off some of the components you are not using or throttle the CPU:

Does it support HDMI CEC (without adding anything to the PI) so I can use a TV remote with it?

Please start new threads for different questions. This one is way off from the original topic.

The Raspberry Pi 4 does support CEC, but you need to run cec-client.
