Where is SD card windows 10 waveshield Metro 328?

Post by Frank54324 »

i can't find my sd card plugged into my waveshield plugged into my laptop please help.

Where do I find the SD card on windows 10 when plugged into waveshield plugged into metro 328?

Its plugged into usb. The Arduino UNO IDE recognizes the board when I switched to adafruit circuit playground verifies and compiles.

My confusion is not with the coding or programming I just want to find the SD card connected to the computer connected to waveshield, connected to metro 328 connected thru usb to computer everything is connected. Should I take a picture and show that I have a dongle connected powering the sheild and metro 328 thru usb do i have enuff power? please help.

Nothing shows up on disc partition, again i can compile on the arduino IDE.

that red light just flashes on and off forever and ever. I bought the preformatted sd card adafruit said to buy so should be already formatted it i can't find the sd card in the disk management.

The SD card isn't connected to USB, just the '328's SPI bus. To manipulate its contents you need to connect it directly to your Windows 10 computer.
