Wrong sound playing

hi i bought an adafruit soundboard fx 16mb. now i bought rotary switch and mounted everything on the adafruit soundboard. all soldering seems good and nothing is touching each other so there is no short circuit. but there is a strange problem. because I have set pin 1 sound 1 pin 2 sound 2. but if I press pin 1 then sound 1 comes out that is correct but when I click pin 2 then comes sound 1 how is this possible?

What is your wiring? How are you using a rotary switch with the sound board? What are your sound files named?

my wiring is from a thin 12v power cord. i named the files T01, T02, and so on. i can make a picture from the rotary switch if you want.

Pictures would help. As for the wiring... I'm wondering how your triggers are wired.

Hi i removed the rotary switch and hooked up a normal switch and the same problem. Please can i get a replacement
