Where can I download 3D models that can be used with Fusion 360 (or Eagle) for female header?
In particular I need the 12 and 16 pin variety for usr with a Feather M0.
I have files for male header, but can't find the other gender.

I'm afraid we don't have anything.
You could probably find something by Molex or Amphenol if you skim through the datasheets at Digikey.
