Hello,
I'm an absolute beginner in this field and I would like to build a simple prototypo of LoRA Communication.
In the first step I woul like to create an end device based on RPI pico (RP2040)
If I understand your concept properly, I would need the https://www.adafruit.com/product/4884 Black Adafruit Feather RP2040 and, on top of this, something like
https://www.adafruit.com/product/3231 Adafruit LoRa Radio FeatherWing - RFM95W 900 MHz - RadioFruit with battery and antenna, correct?
Do I need any additional Hardware for an LoRA End device?
Will the software work with the transition from V2 -> V3 (specifically, does the software work with the things stack V3?)
Do yoh have also some HAT for RPI in oder to create a Gateway for LoRAWAN?
Thank you very much
Cheers, Paolo

Re: Beginner with LoRaWAN
Paolo,
The Feather RP2040 is a great board, but we do not provide any example code or wiring fo using it with the RFM95 LoRA devices. Since you are newby you might want to start with something easier like a pair of these Feather M0 RFM95's.

There are LoRa Radio Bonnets for the Pi's as well.
