Datasheet Query

I have been creating my PCB on Eagle, and now have to create a datasheet about it. Please suggest me about the format to create the datasheet and which software should I use to make it? I am happy to see any answers.

It is best to use a pdf writer. Adobe pdf writer is good. But that is paid software. If you do not have a pdf writer, you can make your datasheet first in ms word and later convert that to pdf.
