Ok i got my power bank but after a few minutes it died and will not charge.

When did you place your order for. the power bank?
Did you charge it before using it?
Do any LEDs illuminate (top side 4 across) when charging?
There is a side button have you pressed that when trying to charge other devices? What had you tried to charge?
