Its has a CBB61 capacitor and a switch lo med hi

I would like to use a arduino to control it i have a sketch with a temperature and a set point with 3 led base on the temperature it turn on 1 or 2 or 3 which would be 1 led for low 2 for med and 3 for hi

Could some point me down the right path (im a kiwi so its has to be 240v)

You will need to find out what the switch connects to and what current/voltage the switch is carrying. You could use relays or SSRs possibly.
