Looking for USB to terminal block (breakout board?) for 5V p

I'm looking for a USB to terminal block adapter.. I just need to get power from a USB port and connect to it (via the terminal block) with a wire. I see a lot of USB to serial/rs485 terminal block adapters out there but I don't think those would work?

I think something like this would work http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/1313882589 ... =82&chn=ps but I actually need the Male usb adapter so that I can plug into the female port. And I'm a little iffy about buying from ebay..

I'm afraid we don't have anything like that. Maybe someone from the community will have a suggestion.
