Raspberry Pi 4 RMA

Post by gfranks »

I ordered a Raspberry Pi 4B last October, and it has been running fine until this morning. It now will not boot. I have solid red + green lights on it (even when no SD card is connected). I've tried re-imaging the SD card and it still will not boot. It's been powered the via PoE adapter plugged into my Unifi switch. I do not see any link lights available on the switch when plugged in, but power is working.

The Pi has been used for pi-hole + the unifi controller software, nothing else. No hardware modifications/attachments.

Can I get an RMA for this please?

There is a 30-day warranty on all Adafruit products. This would be outside the warranty period.

The two LED indicators are for PWR (red) and microSD (green) being solid. You could try using a different power configuration and known working microSD to see if the Pi is salvageable.
