Faulty ESP32C3 Board

Post by smritis8 »

Hi!
I recently ordered a few ESP32-C3-DevKit-Rust sensors (Order Confirmation: 3407467-7277223880). Unfortunately, one of the units appears to have a faulty connection and is not recognized by the Arduino IDE when connected via USB. When I used the board for the first time, the port was quite finicky so the connection would flicker in and out every second. I didn't have these issues with the other boards, and was able to successfully connect them. Would I be able to get a replacement board for the faulty ESP32-C3? Thanks!

Can you post pictures of both sides of the board and tell us the number on the bag it came in?
