I recently received an LED matrix (64x64 RGB LED Matrix - 2.5mm Pitch (1/32 Scan) [ID:3649]), order number 3432282-2573125906, purchased Feb 2, 2025. Upon testing, one of the corner pixels appears dead. I have correctly soldered the jump pad on the bonnet between E and 8. The display appears to work as intended, beyond the dead pixel. I'd like a replacement unit.
