Wave Bubble 2010 Board Orders

Post by aqisnotliquid »

I've been extremely busy with school lately, so I wasn't able to check in here lately, but now that I know that the 2010 WB design is finished, I'm ready to make an order. It looks like there are a set of working gerbers that I can send off, so as soon as I find out that there's interest, I'll send them off.

If you want to place an order, send me an email with the following:

Name
Number of Sets
Payment Method (PayPal preferred, Check or Money Order also accepted)
Preferred Shipping Method (USPS Standard is default)

If you have any questions or comments, post or send me an email.

How much are you expecting to charge for a set of boards?

Well, based on the prices I get from my manufacturer, I can sell each set of two boards for $8 plus shipping (which would only be about $5 for standard USPS, including international). If you want faster shipping, I can do that, but you'd have to pay extra.

When I say two boards, I'm talking about the main board and the battery board. When I'm talking about two sets of boards, it would be two of each board for a total of four.

Yes, I do shipping to Canada. It should still only be $5, but I'd have to double check. I remember having trouble with customs one of the times I shipped something there.

As for the soldermask, I'll take a look at the gerbers. I'm planning to order boards with black soldermask and a white silkscreen.

I got the impression from Mictronics that the boards are working correctly, and will be using erich81's ports to Eagle and his converted gerbers. I trust their go-ahead. Pictures will be coming in about a week and a half.

I made two Wave Bubbles 2010 from my schematic and layout. Both are working fine.

Question: is it too late to get in on this?
