Raspberry Pi FONA HAT

This was my first real go at putting together a clean solution after having my fona live on a breadboard for a few weeks. The idea of it now is to act as a drop box or pivot box and email me its current ip every couple hours. In the future, i might try to tuck it in a fat wallwart so it wouldnt depend on battery power and be nice and discreet.
