I just received my order that included a Pimoroni Raspberry Pi 7" Touchscreen Display case.
Two of the pieces are broken but the box shows no major indication of crush or other damage.
How do I get this product replaced?

Re: Damaged Item Received
This seems to be the place to post about having received damaged products...
Invoice 1109084
I just received the octoprint “package” today and I believe that the Realtek
Wifi dongle (#814B) is defective.
After fiddling with several software based solutions (config, updates, re-installs, etc),
I actually determined that it’s a hardware defect. If I don’t insert the dongle completely
(i.e., so that it doesn’t seat all the way in) and I wiggle it ever so slightly, the dongle
is detected by the system 50% of the time. I tried all four USB ports on the board.
And I have duplicated this behavior on my MacBook Air.
I'm pretty sure the dongle is bad.
Additionally, and possibly related, the dongle's metal shield gets quite hot when
plugged in.

Re: Damaged Item Received
I cannot create a topic on Administrative (cannot find POST button), and post this as a reply here.
I got the item same one of jcargile got.
Its third layer was broken.
And stands of it have different thickness, the one is about 6mm, other is 7mm.
So, I cannot insert hooks of 7mm stand into rectangular holes of 3rd and 4th layers.
I also checked the package box, but it looks that has no damage.
Can I get this product has no problem?

Problem: Defective product, DOA, however you want to categorize it since technically it doesn't work as intended.
Order number: 1073725-2429181348
Product ID: 2397
This screen arrived in the mail, beautifully packaged. As soon as I plugged it up, nothing happened. Not my first rodeo, so I started checking cable connections and found that if I hold the ribbon cable from the driver board to the screen a certain way, it would come up. I hot glued a thin layer under the cable and adhered it to the back of the screen.
Today, the screen would not come on. I moved that cable every which way. Eventually it would come on when I "pinch" a certain area of the ribbon cable, although it doesn't come on every time. Definitely a defective ribbon cable. I need to get this product replaced. Thank you for your support.

Re: Damaged Item Received
Have you checked that the ribbon cable is locked down in the connector?
