Dear Adafruit,

Thank you so much for your products.

I have a question to ask:

The batteries arrived fully charged and the power lasted for a long time. Now they both run out of power. I plugged them into a charging port and left each of them for two days in. However, the power lasts only for several minutes :(

Could you please advice me on what I am doing wrong?

My order No: 1613657-4903921068
Items: 2 x Lithium Ion Polymer Battery - 3.7v 500mAh[ID:1578] = $15.90
1 x Adafruit Micro Lipo - USB LiIon/LiPoly charger (v1) [ID:1304] = $5.95

Many thank you,

Uli

What voltage do you see between the pins of the JST connector?

make sure you're pluggint the microlipo in correctly - when no battery is attached you should still see the red and green LED's dimly lit

Hi again,

Thank you for your previous replies.

Could you please advice how long it usually takes to charge one battery. It’s plugged in for 2 hours already and the light is still bright red (haven’t changed on green to indicate that a battery unit is charged).

it charges at 100mA so if you battery is 500 mAh it will take 5 (500/100) hours or so
