My daughter is a track sprinter and although they say running on the forefoot with the heals not touching is natural for sprinters, it is
not for her. Any ideas what I could attach to the heals of sprinting shoes for practice that would make an audible noise when she allow the heal to touch the track? Doesn't have to last forever, it would just be for training to allow her to make adjustments in real time.

Probably something like an FSR sensor to detect the heel strike: https://www.adafruit.com/product/166
Combined with a Gemma microcontroller: https://www.adafruit.com/product/3501
And a Piezo beeper: https://www.adafruit.com/product/1740
