I have a device with 2mm female header on the board, that I need to connect to a 2.54mm male header.
From the datasheet, I can see that this header has 2mm pitch, 0.5mm diameter pins on the male end - exactly what I need. However, what I can't tell from the datasheet, is whether the female/socket end of this adapter is intended for 0.5mm or 0.6mm pins.
My thinking is, if it's for 0.6mm pins, then I can simply use existing jumper wires with this adapter to connect it to my other device. Is this correct?
My other option is to get the 2.54 to 2mm female/female jumper wires, in combination with some 2mm header pins to act as a female/female adapter, but I have been struggling to find a European supplier which has both of those items in stock.
Thank you in advance for your help.

The 2mm pitch headers are designed to accept 0.5mm pins.
They will work with 24AWG wire which is 0.51mm dia. I believe the equivalent metric size is 0.22 mm^2.
