avrdude: error: usbtiny_transmit: Input/output error
Hello, when I try to upload to my Adafruit Trinket 5v, I just get this error message: avrdude: error: usbtiny_transmit: Input/output error. I have selected USBtinyISP and I have selected the right board. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using macOS, and programming with Arduino IDE. (Just in case this helps, I bought it at You-do-it electronics center a few days ago.)
