Adafruit LoRa Radio Bonnet with OLED to SB Component LoRA 915 Mhz

Post by tonyawad88 »

Hello,

I bought the Adafruit LoRa Radio Bonnet with OLED (https://www.adafruit.com/product/4074) 915Mhz as well as SB Components LoRA HAT 915 Mhz (https://www.pishop.ca/product/lora-hat-915mhz/). I tried the Adafruit Bonnet tutorial, it seems to work well and send data when I push a button but on the other end (LORA HAT) the data is not received. Any idea if the 2 boards can communicate with each other?

I am new to LoRA and thought that if both boards are 915 Mhz then they should be able to send and receive from each other.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

LoRa is a specific protocol, so two boards operating at the same frequency should be able to talk to each other.

We don't know anything about the other board you're using, so I can't offer any useful information about it. Check any documentation that comes with it to see if it wants anything specific.
