Damaged Part/item

We have ordered an item "Barcode Reader/Scanner Module - CCD Camera - USB Interface", Product ID: 1203
Order #2918695-1997890378, Order Date : September 11, 2022 @ 7:30 AM.
The received item is having a damaged wire as its been partially severed/divided and it can come a part easily.
We have tested the item and it was not giving the necessary response/feedback from it.
I am attaching the picture's of it.

Are you in the US? If it is working and just loose you might be able to stabilize it with hot glue or silicone. Let me know, thanks.

Thank you for the response.
We are not in UAE. Actually this is for one of our client. The client them self saw the damage at the time of collecting and did the test to make sure if its working or not and it turned out to be not working.

Not the UAE, The United States, that makes a difference on how we can handle this.

That's what i was mentioning, we are not in United States. We are in UAE.
So what can we do about this situation.

zero, just to check, does it *otherwise work* fine? if theres any other issues we dont want to replace twice as it is going to take time to send replacements to UAE

The client of ours has cancelled the order due to this issue, so can we do the refund for this item or do something with else other than the replacement. Cause this product was bought just for a specific client and their dead line came.

Let me know what should we do.
