Hi,
I just got the Adafruit RGB Matrix HAT + RTC for Raspberry Pi and 64x32 RGB LED Matrix - 3mm pitch. I soldered everything up, and ran the tutorials (C++ and Python) on my Raspberry Pi 3. No matter what I do, it shows the same led pattern. When I stop running one of the demo apps, the screen goes back to black. I have a good power adapter on the Pi and am using the 4 amp power supply for the LED matrix.
Any suggestions on what I can do to try and diagnose the issue? Thanks!

Can you post clear closeups showing your soldering? Connection issues are the first thing to check for.

That needs to be redone. Many of those aren't even making a connection. See https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-gui ... -soldering and https://learn.adafruit.com/collins-lab-soldering for some information and tips.
