PM2.5 Replacement Breakout board

I ordered a PM2.5 (https://www.adafruit.com/product/3686) awhile back, and am now getting to use it.
However, I cannot locate the breakout board that is included. Is this item sold separately on Adafruit?

No, it's part of the PM2.5 product. You might be able to find a comparable product somewhere (Digitkey, Mouser, ...) but IMO your most expedient course of action is to replace the connector at the end of the wiring or wire it directly to the thing it's communicating with.
