Using MacOS 12.6. It was working fine but I'm not longer able to see the serial port for my Metro in the Arduino IDE. Not sure what I need to do to fix this. I'm not able to upload the relevant screen shots unfortunately. Here's what I get when I try to use the "insert image" icon:
Anyway when rebooting my Macbook, the Metro connected to a USB-C port (using a cable purchased from Adafruit) shows a red light flash three times, the green light goes on, then off after about a second. When I just tried replugging the connection, the green light comes on, then off after about a second.
This was working, now it's not. What can I try next to resolve this?
Metro stopped booting/serial connection issue. Next troubleshooting steps?

Working again!
Took a break, started from scratch with the connections to my project. Grateful something positive happened in the process.
