We have incorporated the Adafruit Feather M4 Express board in a commercial product, intended for production in small batch volumes (200-500 per year). We are curious about Adafruit manufacturing quality: are your Feather boards assembled under specific IPC standard? Are you able to provide any kind of certificate related to manufacturing quality?
Secondly: Do you stick to the specified part numbers (for minor ICs, like voltage regulators), or are they subject to change with each production run? This question came up because we have noticed that the MCUs in the last Feather boards we purchased have a slightly different part number than the ones we already had (they only differ in temperature range).

Re: Adafruit manufacturing standard and policy
given the unrelenting parts shortage we may sometimes perform small substitutions - for example when the AP2112K-3.3 is unavailable we use the RT9080-3.3 which we have found is equivalent, and lower quiescent power. the SAMD51 is heavily restricted right now, so we may use industrial instead of commercial range chips but the changes should not affect usages.
