Raspberry no longer connecting to wireless

I recently purchased 2 raspberry pis (August 2021). Both were working fine up until earlier this week.

One of them has stopped working. Both SD cards work on one of the pis and not the other.

Since it's less than sic months, Is there any way I can get a replacement?

What errors show up on the non-working Pi when you insert either of the "known good" SD cards? LED code and monitor output.
