Hello all,
My feather is just blinking red three times and that is all it does. I have attempted to follow the instructions at: https://learn.adafruit.com/bluefruit-nr ... bootloader but I am not able to locate the "First select the Bootloader version that you want to upgrade under Tools->Bootloader" menu selection on either 2.0 or 1.8 Arduino IDEs. I am currently under the very large impression this selection just does not exist.
Before I buy a .44 magnum to solve my issue with Feather 32v4 Bluefruit LE

What version of the Arduino IDE are you using?
(BTW - 9x19mm Parabellum is typically preferred for kinetic decommissioning of hardware ;-)

I am using 2.0.1
I am starting to think it is an issue with my PC. I could connect to my bt feather via the adafruit app and updated the firmware just fine. My issue seems to be when I try to upload any sketch at all to the feather and it shows the previously stated error code.

As a sanity check, verify your USB cable by using it to connect some other, known-working device to a computer.
There's a plague of charge-only cables out there with USB connectors at both ends, but no wires for the data signals. People get caught by them every day.
Just swapping cables has no diagnostic value. The current record is someone who had to try ten cables before finding one that worked. Only a working USB connection can rule out a charge-only cable.
