Unassembled Mini Pan-Tilt Kit (Without Micro Servos)

Post by afiqamran17 »

Hi just wondering what size screws are used for this product to mount this onto a surface? Also, is there any dimensions for the positions of these holes?

The website says 'Mounting Hole Distances: 30mm x 26mm', but what does this mean specifically?

The screws that come with it are equivalent to about a #4 size and work well in wood or plastic (may require some pre-drilling). For mounting to a metal surface, you could use M3 or 4-40 machine screws.

The 4 mounting holes in the base are arranged in a rectangular pattern. 26mm in one dimension and 30mm in the other.

Ok thanks, ill use M3 screws to mount it. Also, the rectangular pattern means the corners are on the center of the mounting holes correct?

Yes, that is correct.
