adding render delay

If you are needing to delay a tft.Fillscreen event just do this in you loop:

int render = 0; //declare the integer and value before any loop even before the setup loop

void loop() {
  render++;
  delay(20);
  if (render == 2){ tft.fillScreen(BLACK); render++;} //have to add the render++ lest it loops.
  if (render == 70){ render = 0; }
}
