QT Py ESP32 Not Powering On

Post by wickedhurricane »

I need to return my QT Py ESP32 and would like to how to arrange this.

I've purchased these before, but this particular unit will not power on, nor recognized by my computer.

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this, so if not, please direct to the appropriate spot.

Are there any LED indicators when plugged in?

When did you purchase the unit?

No, it appears to be bricked.

I purchased this particular unit last week (although I have purchased others in the past).

It sounds like this unit went out unprogrammed.

To receive a replacement please contact [email protected]. They will need this forum thread as authorization and your order#.

If possible please post a photo of the top and one of the bottom of the non-working unit. 800x600 resolution works best for the forums. If you have the pink bag it came in that will help us trace down the batch it was part of (a photo or typing in the numbers printed on it is what we need).
