Dear Adafruit team,
I bought the barometric sensor ‘LPS22’ and connected it to a Raspberry Pi Zero W board via I2C. I read the data with Circuitpython, everthing works fine. Now I have two questions:
1. What is the purpose of the bright green LED on the board? I didn’t find any note in the documentation.
2. Is there a possibility to switch the LED off? In my opinion it’s just there, much to bright in the dark, wasting energy.
Sincerely, David
LPS22 barometric sensor

Re: LPS22 barometric sensor
It's a power indicator LED. It's directly connected to power and can not be controlled by software.
You can cover the LED with tape, opaque glue blob, etc. Or physically remove it.
