Hello! I'm following the instructions here to update my bluefruit's CircuitPython
https://learn.adafruit.com/welcome-to-c ... cuitpython
When I tried to reset and update the board. Double click reset button makes the lights go green, but soon after the lights become red.
CPLAYBTBOOT disk is writable. But dragging bluefruit's UT2 file into CPLAYBTBOOT doesn't do anything.
Any advice on how I can go from here? Thank you so much!
Bluefruit reset doesn't stay green

It turned out to be a MacOS version issue. The problematic version is Ventura 13.1. When I tried the board with older OS either 11 or 12 it works.

The amount of time and headsche you just saved me...wow.
Any plan to address this? Or a way to fix?

Our programmers have talked to Apple about the issue, but the fix involves changes on the OS side.
Apple is fairly good about working with third parties like us, but we aren't in a position to stand around tapping our foot and looking meaningfully at our watch. We have to coexist with their priorities and existing schedules.
