I've run into a problem with the display of my 64x32 RGB LED matrix panel, which is powered by a Matrix Portal. I purchased the panel and Matrix Portal two weeks ago, on February 17. The second-to-last row of the panel almost completely refuses to display anything and the last row is problematic as well. I've inspected both the panel and the Matrix Portal for any physical damage or soldering flaws, but neither has any obvious physical issues. I've tried reseating the Matrix Portal and power cable a few times and have likewise reinstalled CircuitPython, but nothing is making a difference. The same problem appears across projects. It's a little frustrating. Any suggestions?

I should add: I've also tried three USB cables and three power supplies, as well as upgrading the ESP32 firmware on the Matrix Portal. No luck.

Cabling won't be the problem for that issue. It's more likely to be in the matrix itself, or in the signal timing between the matrix and the microcontroller.
Post photos of the display set to all red, all green, and all blue please. Let's see how the full scan looks.

As requested. The problem appears limited to one row in all three pictures, for what it's worth.

Yep.. that looks like a bad connection within the matrix. Thank you for the photos.
