4421 TFT display page has an error in it.

Hi Folks,

I'm not sure where to post this but the page (https://www.adafruit.com/product/4421) has a fairly important error in the description for the mating connector. The page has this at the bottom:

"For the matching connector, you'll need a 22-pin 0.5mm pitch top contact FPC connector such as Molex 5051102291".

This part is actually a bottom contact connector. Molex makes a few that will work. P/N: 50348002200 is a dual contact (top and bottom) and # 524352271 is a top connector.

Hope this makes sense.

Sorry, I'm not clear on the error: do you mean the Molex 5051102291 isn't compatible with that display?

Hi Mike,

I apologize for not being clear but I think the description is incorrect. It mentions "top" but the correct connector is a "bottom" type.

Ah, I see what you mean.

The Molex 5051102291's contacts are on the bottom, so it does match the display properly. The word 'top' is a typo.

I'll let the folks who handle the shop know about it. Thank you.
