Could I connect a tactile button switch to a QT Py ESP32-S2 WiFi without the use of a breadboard?

Post by Alkemist »

I'm starting a project that would involve the QT Py ESP32-S2 WiFi board connecting to one or more adafruit tactile button switches. Could this be done without using a breadboard? Sorry if this is a bad question, I'm new to electronics.

You could solder the wires to the board if you want.

Which pins on the board should I solder to? In the manual it doesn’t describe how to connect them?

You would solder them to the same pins you would connect the motherboard to. What manual are you talking about and how would you connect them using a breadboard?
