Hi there,
I was directed to make a post for help with a dead Gemma that arrived in my recent order. Order No: 3033047-3588738448. The other one in the order works fine. Here are pictures of it with a freshly charged battery plugged in. It doesn't work when connected via USB either.
How do I do a swap?
Thanks!
Gemma DOA

Re: Gemma DOA
Try connecting a USB cable and double pressing the reset button to enter bootloader mode. Try this with the known working GEMMA first to verify the expected behavior - should get a folder with BOOT in the name to show up. The RGB LED should also light up.
Then try with the other GEMMA and see if folder also shows up.

Still no luck. I've tested them both in identical circumstances and this one just doesn't respond. No lights, no folder.

OK, thanks for the additional testing. Let's just replace it.
Can you please also post another photo of the bag this GEMMA came in showing the white sticker with the barcode and logo.
For the replacement, send an email to [email protected] with a link to this thread and your order number and they can send you a new GEMMA M0.
