Finally tested out a recent Gemma M0 that I ordered off Adafruit, but I don't get any power or response what so ever. The LED next to the reset button doesn't cut on under any circumstance; not when the usb is plugged in, the reset button is pressed/ double pressed, the switch being cut on and off, or with a battery hooked up to it. I referenced to an older post to see if there was any way to troubleshoot it, with no luck. I also should note that there are indentations around the edge of the Gemma as well.
Any help is greatly appreciated; thanks in advance

When was this ordered?
If you still have the little bag it came in with the barcode sticker on it, can you post a photo of that.
