I2C communication Problem

Post by ShirlySF »

Im working on a project with the Hiwonder 4-ch encoder motor driver board and an ESP32 for I2C communication. Everything seems to be working fine when I connect the ESP32 to a 5V battery, but when I switch to a 7.2V battery, it stops searching for I2C devices. Has anyone else run into this issue? Do I need to keep the power supply for the ESP32 under 7.2V? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Which ESP32 board are you using?
