I ordered a matrix portal m4 off of digi-key, one of adafruit’s distributors, and it worked well for a couple weeks until the reset button snapped completely off when pressing it down one day.
I was wondering if there’s a way to fix this or get a replacement because I can’t go into boot mode anymore.

Do you have a soldering iron? Ideally, that shouldn't have happened of course. But it also potentially an easy fix with a bit of soldering.

OK, in that case, let's just replace it. Contact Digi-Key and can link them to this thread if needed. They should be able to send you a replacement.

If I were to solder it, where on the board would I put solder to connect it back onto the board?

These four locations:
The two on the sides are structural - they are what help hold the button onto the board.
The two at the back are the actual signal pins.
