Crickit Microbit - Battery Power Issues

Post by wrraarr »

Hello,
We have ten Microbit Crickit boards (https://www.adafruit.com/product/3928) that work great with wall plugs but we have not been able to get any battery combination to work with any of them. We tried Amazon and Enegizer brand NimH batteries and various new name brand alkaline batteries. I saw this issues discussed in prior posts but I didn't see a resolution to the issue. We have tried these with various combinations of servo motors, neopixel strips, without motors. All work fine with wall plugs and no batteries work. Any recommendations?

How many batteries are you using? How are they connected? Photos appreciated.
