Is there any difference between the Neopixel and skinny Neopixel strips other than PCB width?

Is the PCB width the only difference? If so, for the same price point, why would you not always go with the skinny option?

The best strip for the job depends on the application.
The pixel chips on the skinny strips are smaller and have slightly less output. Although many projects don't need to run them at max output, so that may not be an issue.
Many existing projects are designed around the standard size strips as well & might require some redesign to work with the narrower strips.
