I was looking through the "Sensor Specification Statement and Testing Guide" application note from Sensirion and saw something about "re-hydrating" the sensor after soldering for 48 hours in >74%RH at 20-30C (2.1.c). I was wondering if this was something done for the 5776 breakout boards? Also, I was wondering if you all have done any side-by-side comparisons between ones that have been "re-hydrated" and ones that were only reflowed? I am trying to figure out if this is something I need to consider for my weather station boards, or if you all have determined that the accuracy is good enough to not warrant this extra step, at least for general use.
Thank you,
