Hello, I have a customer who purchased part number Adafruit 1869 Three Nozzles From Mouser Electronics- Quick 957DW+.
He stated the following;
"The underlying issue of the unit is that its defective because it has no
air pump/pressure/movement. Once powered on, the unit's temperature begins
to climb (uncontrollably) to max temperature, regardless of any temp
settings, until it reaches 450 deg and derates itself. After it derates to
its min limit it produces H-E code as seen in the photo."

The customer is asking to return this product.
