Trying to upgrade firmware

Hi guys,

I try to upgrade the firmware of my xoxbox but it doesn't working.

I try with conbox and I have this message :

"Error : couldn't get deviceID string"

But I can connect to my xoxbox.

I try with control to, and here I can't connect to my xoxbox, neither to upgrade firmware or just connect to her.

So I read on a post that is possible that I haven't bootloader on the chip (the guy on the forum say if I run the xox on bootloader mode, and I change the mode in an another mode, normally, if there the xox respond, there is no bootloader... - is it true ?) > viewtopic.php?t=127586

So what do you think ? There is a issue with bootloader ? What can I do ?

I have access to a dataman at my work so I can program the chip, but I don't know where find the program with bootloader.
